Below you’ll find details about our three day celebration in Jaisalmer, India! Since this is a destination wedding we’re still putting details together, please check back in as we add more updates!
Thursday, 15th December 2022
Thursday AMAll guests arrive in Jaisalmer! We can’t wait to welcome you with high tea, snacks and a special cocktail or two — to get you in the wedding spirit!
Thursday PMWe will kick off the weekend of celebrations with a very special sunset dinner deep in the sand dunes of Jaisalmer. Shuttles will begin departures at 16:00.
Casual and semi-casual Indian / Western in shades of Maroon or Black. Suggested footwear: Boots or barefoot (you will be on sand).
Friday, 16th December 2022
Friday AMKick off your morning with our Haldi in the Courtyard, and then adorn your hands with Henna at our Mehendi in the late morning and early afternoon. You will then have a few hours to rest!
Indian semi-formals in Ivory or shades of Mustard. Suggested footwear: Open toe sandals / relaxed footwear.
Friday PMAn evening of dance and music at our Sangeet in the Lakeside Garden!
Glamorous Indian / Western formals in jewel tones. Note: black (onyx) is a jewel tone. Suggested footwear: Dressy & glam, avoid stilettos.
Saturday, 17th December 2022
Saturday AMA morning to explore the Fort and Jaisalmer city.
Saturday PMWe will approach the wedding hour with a very special set of performances, followed by the wedding itself. A reception will follow, to allow for appropriate levels of dinner, dancing and general merriment!
Indian / Western formals in Pastel shades or Tan. Suggested footwear: Formal.
Sunday, 18th December 2022
Sunday AMA Sunday brunch and a final chance to run around Jaisalmer (and perhaps a bit of sand surfing, for the un-hungover and daring few?) before we checkout and head on!
12:00 noon: Guests checkout.
